BODE WELD-LATHE machines are designed for fully automated repetitive manufacture or, alternatively, for individual components. They are a proven machine to cover a wide range of circumferential welding needs with Mig, Tig or sub-arc capability. This combined with full automation via PLC’s and lazer seamtrackers aiding repetitive accuracy often means there is no need for a skilled welder. We have seen much success with the welding of thin walled material especially with water boiler manufacturers.
