Bode Sizzer Rotators are ideal for pipe welding or small workshops due to their compact size. With a capacity of 2 tonnes over both the drive and idler section they offer a versatile way of rotating pipes upto 2000mm diameter. Each Rotator Section consists of a robust fabricated all steel frame with two support arms which are manually adjustable and locate in any one of four pegged positions by locating pin to handle diameters: 150 mm to 400 mm, 401 mm to 760 mm, 761 mm to 1220 mm diameter and 1221 mm to 2000 mm diameter
The drive section is equipped with a modern inverter giving control to an AC motor for an accurate variable speed drive to one wheel. Rotation is controlled via a hand held pendant with forward/stop/reverse and speed potentiometer.
